Weather:
Steady SW wind brought about a significant increase in the temperature,
which at times pushed 70. Skies were nearly clear all day.  

Raptor Observations:
I would have loved to observe raptors but there were few raptors available
for observation.

Non-raptor Observations:
Tons of ducks on the pond including the long-staying Eurasian Wigeon.  

Predictions:
Dire.
