Moderate to light south to SW winds. Periods f overcast but largely clear blue skies for much of the day Raptor Observations: A bare trickle of birds punctuated by a very dark juvenile Golden Eagle with zero white in the wing. Non-raptor Observations: A Dickcissel has taken up residence with the House Sparrow flock at the platform.
