Observers:        

Weather:
Quite warm for October with temps rising to the 70's. Moderate to light
south to SW winds. Periods f overcast but largely clear blue skies for much
of the day  

Raptor Observations:
A bare trickle of birds punctuated by a very dark juvenile Golden Eagle
with zero white in the wing. 

Non-raptor Observations:
A Dickcissel has taken up residence with the House Sparrow flock at the
platform.     

Predictions:
Projected NNW winds appear to kick off a several day period were there
should be birds.
