Winds were very light from the north or NE. skies clear with some light cloud cover. Raptor Observations: It was primarily a Sharp-shinned and Cooper's flight with Cooper's edging Sharpies. It was a fair day for Bald Eagles and Northern Harriers otherwise unremarkable Non-raptor Observations: The Eurasian Wigeon continues to hang around. An Orange-crowned Warbler was heard a number of times during the morning.
