Seawatch, 4 November 2015

It was glorious Wednesday up at the Avalon Seawatch with warm weather, close Humpback Whales, and lots of birds! Only the 2nd Harlequin Duck of the season was spotted but Scoters were the birds of the day with 20,737 across the 3 species. The 12,282 Surf Scoters tallied throughout the day is a new single-day high count for the season!
