Observers:        

Weather:
Light to moderate NE wind, cool temperatures, and mostly clear skies most
of the day until the late afternoon when it became mostly overcast

Raptor Observations:
Yesterday's Swainson's Hawk return for a brief visit this morning and we
had another juvenile Golden Eagle that made several appearances over the
course of an hour.  Otherwise we had the unusual situation of having
Red-shouldered Hawk as our most numerous raptor of the day with 35.

Non-raptor Observations:

We have both rain and NW wind in the forecast. It may be an ok day or may
be a complete dud
