Seawatch, 18 November 2015

The season's first Black-legged Kittiwake made an appearance at the Avalon Seawatch Wednesday. The bird was very corporative, giving close fly-bys and even landing on the beach in front of the shack for a couple minutes. Also worth noting was the second Common Goldeneye of the season and an impressive flight of Black Scoters with over 10,000 coming by throughout the day.
