Weather:
Strong northerly winds with clear skies and cold temperatures 

Raptor Observations:
A Golden Eagle was the days highlight otherwise a modest movement of
Red-tails and a smattering of other raptors made for a fairly reasonable
late November day. 

Non-raptor Observations:
Cave Swallows were roosting underneath the platform, landing on the
platform, and nearly landing on people.  A Tundra Swan, 2 Eurasian Wigeon,
and the White-faced Ibis continued  

Predictions:
Light SE winds are predicted. Likely it will be a slow day
