Seawatch, 10 November 2015

Tuesday was full of surprises and nice, albeit rainy, 'welcome home' for Migration Count Coordinator, Tom Reed. A female King Eider showed off throughout the day, feeding and resting just off the jetty, while a Pomarine Jaeger flew by, heading south down the coast. Also visiting the Avalon Seawatch was a Red Phalarope who feed on the beachfront directly in front of the new Seawatch Shack!
