Weather:
Slightly cooler than recent days, temps ranging from the mid seventies to
the low eighties. The winds were variable but largely out of the east or
southeast and quite strong gusting to 20 mph.  

Raptor Observations:
Raptors were quite scarce and mostly very very high.  

Non-raptor Observations:
2 flyover Dickcissels and a Connecticut Warbler helped make up for few
raptors.
