Winds NE 10-15mph, with gusts to 25mph during the PM. Raptor Observations: A fair flight through much of the day, with some birds getting remarkably high up in the blue during the early-PM. Zone-tailed Hawk appeared from the east at 9:52am (EDT), and lingered in the area until it started to cross Delaware Bay at 10:56am. The same bird was detected at Kiptopeke at 3:15pm. A wonderful experience for everyone who was lucky enough to be here.
