Observation start time: 05:30:00
Observation end time: 16:00:00
Total observation time: 10.5 hours

Official Counter: Cameron Cox

Observers:

Weather:
Light southeast winds all day and hot, temps reaching the mid-eighties once
again. Cloud cover ranging from 70% to near cloudless.

Raptor Observations:
Accipiters predominated, SSHA and COHA were the two most numerous species.
Ospreys came in a close third. Falcons barely moved and while Bald Eagles
were seen numerous times most were birds that have been present since
yesterday or earlier.

Non-raptor Observations:
A Least Bittern right before we wrapped up sent the day out on a high note,
otherwise is were fairly slow.

Predictions:
Winds are suppose to switch to the north or northwest early tomorrow but
rain is also in the forecast. We could see an uptick driven by the wind
shift but the good movement may not be until Monday.
