Seasonable. Mostly sunny, winds NE 5-10mph during early-AM, 10-15mph from
mid-AM onward. 

Raptor Observations:
A messy and slow-moving flight through the day, with clearing skies making
for some real challenges during the PM hours. Obvious influx of COHA during
the late-AM, a few groups of BWHA, and a pulse of PEFA and MERL during the
late-PM.
