Unseasonably mild. Mostly sunny through mid-PM, becoming mostly cloudy w/ a
few showers as cold front approached around 1500 EST. Winds SSW/SW 5-10mph
during AM, becoming WSW/W 10-15mph during PM. 

Raptor Observations:
Another generally light movement, with a modest uptick in SSHA noted during
the midday hours as winds shifted to west and increased. 

Non-raptor Observations:
Cattle Egret (3), Green Heron (1), Parasitic Jaeger (30+), Red-headed
Woodpecker (1), Northern Rough-winged Swallow (1), American Pipit (42),
Cape May Warbler (1), Dickcissel (1), Pine Siskin (1)
