Unseasonably mild. Mostly sunny, winds SSW to WSW 5-10mph. 

Raptor Observations:
Largely quiet, though Harriers moved throughout the day. Majority of
activity occurred during the midday period, as winds briefly shifted to
west. A Golden Eagle appeared during the late-PM.

Non-raptor Observations:
Eurasian Wigeon (1), Little Blue Heron (1), Black-bellied Plover (1),
Blackpoll Warbler (2)
