A rehabbed Kemp's Ridley Sea Turtle was released. Several rare-for-the-area Wood Storks were seen. Over three hundred American Kestrels migrated through. It was a fantastic day to be at the Cape May Hawkwatch! A grand total of 542 raptors were seen today. Light north winds are expected tomorrow morning. It will be interesting to see if there is an early push of falcons following today's late afternoon flight. See you at the hawkwatch!
