Weather:
The day started with light rain off and on but by 11:30, the rain was heavy
and persistent so I took a break and came back at 12:45 when the rain
stopped.  Unfortunately, the rain picked up again even worse than before
around 2 so the count ended early.

Raptor Observations:
Lousy.

Non-raptor Observations:
4 Tundra Swans, 1 Red-breasted Nuthatch, 110 American Coots, 13 Ruddy
Ducks, 15 Lesser Scaup
