Avalon Seawatch - November 4, 2011

Today was a bit slower at Avalon, with a stiffening northerly breeze and gradually clearing skies throughout the day. Scoters made up the majority of the day's tally, with 39 White-winged Scoters accounting for the season's highest total to date (there'll be more to come). The afternoon flight was a bit more entertaining than the morning's, so perhaps it'll spill over into tomorrow.
