Today's flight would have been considered quite nice on any day that didn't follow a count of 36,000 birds like that which Doug had at the Higbee Dike yesterday! The northbound movement of passerines was dominated by American Robins (2500) and Yellow-rumped Warblers (365), and while that was interesting to watch, it was definitely overshadowed by the epic falcon flight later in the afternoon (see Melissa's post for more on that).
