Fairly clear skies with high cirrus clouds. Raptor Observations: A very, very high flight with large kettles with very good variety including broadwings, harriers, cooper's hawks, peregrines and eagles. Non-raptor Observations: Lots of Northern Flickers (100+) throughout the day, as well as a Red-headed Woodpecker. A good variety of ducks on the pond: American Widgeon, Northern Pintail, Green and blue winged Teal, Gadwall. Also, Monarchs all over the skies (150+) from the platform. Predictions: Windy from the ENE 20-30mph.
