Partly sunny skies with strong NE winds (15-20mph, gusts up to 25mph). 
Temps between 55 and 70 degrees.

Raptor Observations:
A scattered sharp-shinned flight for two hours in the morning, as well as a
steady falcon movement throughout the day and high osprey. 

Non-raptor Observations:
WHISKERED TERN(1) continues to visit Bunker Pond periodically throughout
the day.  Black Tern(1), Caspian Tern(3), Forster's Terns, Common Terns,
Royal Terns, Black-crowned night heron(4), Little Blue Heron(2), Great Blue
Herons, Belted Kingfisher(2), Pied-billed Grebe(1), Northern Pintail,
American Widgeon, Green-winged Teal, Glossy Ibis(4).  Movement of Northern
Flickers(15+).

Predictions:
Slight chance of showers in the afternoon with winds from the southeast
10-15mph.  Temps in the mid-70's with mostly cloudy skies.
