Light rain in the morning, with strong E/NE winds 15-20mph.  Temps in the
low 70's. 

Raptor Observations:
Fairly slow day with mainly falcons and ospreys.

Non-raptor Observations:
Glossy Ibis(8), Little Blue heron, Black Tern(1), Common Nighthawk(1),
Double-crested cormorant flocks(250).

Predictions:
North winds 13-15 with a slight chance of showers in the am and
temperatures in the mid-70's.
