Seasonable. Skies clear during AM, becoming mostly cloudy by mid-PM. Winds
calm during early-AM, becoming NW @ 5-10mph for rest of day. Visibility
excellent.
Raptor Observations:
A quiet start was gradually replaced by a strong flight over a broad front
through the midday hours.
