Weather:
Light SE winds in morning and patchy fog, then stronger south winds in the
afternoon.  Storm passed to the northwest in the late afternoon.  Temps in
low 80's.

Raptor Observations:
Slower day due to SE/S winds.  Mainly ospreys in the early afternoon, then
very little movement after 1400. 

Non-raptor Observations:
Slow. Bobolinks(75), Willet(2), Blue-winged Teal(2), Northern Pintail(2),
Black Tern(1), Orchard Oriole(1).

Predictions:
Chance of showers and thunderstorms throughout day.  High of 84 with
southwest winds (10-15mph).
