Late afternoon storm front with heavy rain and gusts from the southwest/west. Raptor Observations: An early movement of falcons, ospreys, and sharp-shinned hawks with the majority of the flight occurring before noon. Non-raptor Observations: 6 tern species: WHISKERED TERN(1), Black Tern(1), Caspian Tern(1), Common Terns, Royal Terns, and Forster's Terns.
