Weather:
Very hot with light S/SW winds.

Raptor Observations:
Overall fairly slow day.  Early afternoon flight of ospreys thermaling then
heading out, as well as two female kestrels.

Non-raptor Observations:
Small movement of shorebirds: Least Sandpipers(80), Lesser Yellowlegs(40)
and Pectoral Sandpipers(15).  Other interesting birds included a Brown
Pelican heading east.

Predictions:
Winds shifting west after midnight.  Sunny, low 80's, west winds 6-9mph.
