Weather:
Steady SW winds 5-10 mph.  Mostly sunny; hot and humid. High's in the mid
to upper 80's.

Raptor Observations:
Slow in the morning, steady flow of ospreys and kestrels mid-afternoon. 
Most on a distant westerly flight to the north. First Red-shouldered hawk
of the season.  

Non-raptor Observations:
Black Tern(1), American Robin(15), Glossy Ibis(10), Pectoral
Sandpipers(35), Black Skimmer(10), Willet(2).

Predictions:
Cold front moving in after midnight with thunderstorms likely.  Winds
shifting to the north (10-15mph).  Much cooler temperatures in the
mid-70's.
