winds shifting over the day between 5-15mph.  

Raptor Observations:
A good mix of raptors with a strong movement of ospreys and kestrels.  A
high scattered flight for most of the day.

Non-raptor Observations:
BOBO's flying before dawn; several large flocks(650).  Bats and Common
Nighthawks(3). Black Tern(1). Willet(1). Glossy Ibis(6). Black Skimmer(2).
Cape May Warbler(1).

Predictions:
Slight chance of showers with strong east winds. Temps in the mid 70's.
