Weather:
Clear and north winds in the am, then changing to NE/E in the afternoon
with mostly cloudy skies.

Raptor Observations:
A good mix of raptors with mainly ospreys and kestrels, but also a nice
movement of Bald Eagles and Cooper's Hawks.  Scattered flight, quite high
for most of the day.

Non-raptor Observations:
Palm Warbler(3), Black Tern(2), Little Blue Heron(3).  Glossy Ibis(3).

Predictions:
Partly cloudy, 85, winds S/SW 10mph.
