Winds were S/SW 10-15 mph (gusts to 20) in the am, becoming lighter 5-10 mph in the afternoon. Quite pleasant temps with a high of 61F. Raptor Observations: A short-lived (10:00-12:00), distant flight of mainly sharpies and red-tails mixed with vultures over the northern treeline.
