Very clear skies with winds from the NW then W 15-20 mph with gusts up to 32 mph. Temps only reaching 34F creating wind chills below 20F for most of the day. Raptor Observations: A very short window for the flight today with red-tails, red-shoulders, and vultures over the northern treeline. Non-raptor Observations: Pretty quiet out there. American Robin, American Goldfinch, and Red-winged Blackbird flocks. Nice sized Tree Swallow flock (400+), Forster's Terns(10), and small Ring-billed Gull movement. Predictions: Sunny with a high temp in the upper 30's. West winds 11-18 mph.
