Temps reaching the mid 50's. Raptor Observations: Another slower day with mainly sharpies and a few harriers. Non-raptor Observations: An impressive flight this morning with large numbers of Red-winged Blackbirds, Rusty Blackbirds, Common Grackles(flock of 1,000), Cedar Waxwings, American Goldfinch, American Robin, and Eastern Bluebirds. Eastern Meadowlark(4), Greater Yellowlegs(3), Killdeer(11) and American Bittern(2) engaged in a display of sorts revealing white plumes at shoulders. Predictions: Rain, temps in the mid 40s, and winds N/NE 20-30 mph.
