Observers:        

Weather:
Mainly clear skies all day with steady NW winds 10-15 mph with gusts up to
28 mph.  Temps reaching 39F with wind chills around 30.

Raptor Observations:
A nice flight between 9:00 and 12:00 with quite a few red-tails,
red-shoulders, and harriers over the northern tree-line.

Non-raptor Observations:
Lots of snow geese flocks(517) and large grackle flocks.  On the pond,
Eurasian Wigeon(2), American Bittern(1), and Tundra Swan(1).

Predictions:
Mostly cloudy with light and variable winds becoming south 10-15 mph. 
Temps in the upper 40's.
