North becoming Northwest winds 10-15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Entirely cloudy skies became partly cloudy mid-day and then mostly cloudy again in the late afternoon. Temps reaching 43F. Raptor Observations: Good flight day with lots of Red-tails and Red-shoulders. A steady stream of both mixed with accipiters and vultures over the treeline from 9am to 2 pm. Non-raptor Observations: Cave Swallow(4). Eurasian Wigeon(atleast 3), American Bittern(1) on pond. Predictions: Sunny with northwest winds 10-15 mph and temps in the mid-40's.
