Weather:
A tidbit windy out there with NW winds steady 15-20 and gusts up to 36mph. 
Skies began cloudy, but cleared as the day went on to sunny skies.  Temps
reached 48F.

Raptor Observations:
Fairly slow day with most birds kept low over the northern treeline.
Kestrels and merlins moving over the dunes.

Non-raptor Observations:
A good variety of birds today including Bonaparte Gulls, American
Bittern(1) on pond, Hooded Merganser(1), Cattle Egret(1), Woodducks(5),
Redhead(1), Pectoral Sandpipers(5), Eastern Bluebird(27+), American
Pipit(4+), and Snow Geese(5). Noticeable movement of American Robin, Common
Grackle, Red-winged Blackbirds, Herring Gulls, Ring-billed Gulls, and
Killdeer as well.

Predictions:
Sunny skies with warmer temps near 60F.  Still breezy with winds W/NW from
15-20mph and gusts up to 29mph.
