Raptor Observations:
Rough-legged Hawk (light-morph) at 8:26am, offshore to the S and headed SW-- the first RLHA recorded on the official count since 10 October 2008.

Non-raptor Observations:

Pomarine Jaeger (1), Eurasian Wigeon (1), Common Eider (1), Horned Grebe (4), Red-throated Loon (5000+), Barn Swallow (2), Snow Bunting (60), Pine Warbler (1), White-winged Scoter (3)
