Weather:
Overcast, humid, winds E to SE @ 5-10mph. Spotty afternoon showers. 

Raptor Observations:
Almost all movement was restricted to the AM hours, before precipitation
began. As might be expected, Osprey was the primary species on the move
today.

Non-raptor Observations:
Upland Sandpiper, Buff-breasted Sandpiper (2), Whimbrel (juvenile),
Mourning Warbler, Dickcissel, Tricolored Heron, Stilt Sandpiper, 15+
Pectoral Sandpipers, 6 Black Terns, 350+ Bobolinks, 12 Northern
Waterthrushes, 4 Red-breasted Nuthatches.

Some songbirds on the move at dawn. A few Monarchs were moving through
during the early morning, as well.

Predictions:
Cloudy, SE winds, showers.
