Today's highlights included lots of Bald Eagles moving through. At one point, we had 6 eagles in one kettle with more coming in from offshore. We also ended the day with a good falcon flight with lots of American Kestrels streaming through and good numbers of Merlins zipping past the platform and attacking pretty much anything from dragonflies to Fish Crows.
As the cold front passes through tonight, its North winds should bring an even better number of birds tomorrow so let's keep our fingers crossed for an awesome flight tomorrow.
