It was a solid day at the Hawk Watch, even though the wind and rain made it slightly uncomfortable at times. The movers today were Ospreys, especially early on, and Merlins which delighted most of the platform visitors throughout the day by attacking various unfortunate passerines. The unquestionable non-raptor highlight was a brief look at a Sandhill Crane getting mobbed by crows while flying NE away from the Platform.
