Cool and sunny. Winds from the NW throughout; 10-20mph in the morning,
5-10mph in the afternoon.

Raptor Observations:
Slow but steady through much of the day, with SSHA again leading the way,
along with a small midday pulse of buteos and a scattering of NOHA
throughout. Today's NOGO put on a great show, briefly soaring low over the
platform.

Western Kingbird (1), Lapland Longspur (1), Eurasian Wigeon (1), Red
Crossbill (3), White-winged Crossbill (5+), Cave Swallow (7), Cliff Swallow
