Weather:
Cool with increasing clouds during the afternoon. Winds light out of the N
to start; becoming NE and increasing by late-AM, then sustained 10-15mph
with 25+mph gusts for the afternoon.

Raptor Observations:
A light but interesting flight, highlighted by singles of NOGO and GOEA.
The strong afternoon winds knocked out the flight a bit early.

Non-raptor Observations:
Cave Swallow (200+!), Northern Rough-winged Swallow (1), Barn Swallow (4),
Red Crossbill (24), White-winged Crossbill (6), Horned Lark (1), Snow
Bunting (1), Pine Warbler (1)
