Weather:
Cool and sunny throughout. Winds from the north during most of the day,
starting 10-15mph and gradually decreasing. Winds shifted to northeast at
3:00pm, and increased again to 10-15mph.

Raptor Observations:
A decently diverse flight for the date, with most activity occurring
between 8am-12pm. The season's 18th Golden Eagle appeared at 11:20am and
was on its way to Delaware by 11:25am.

Non-raptor Observations:
White-winged Crossbill (9), Red Crossbill (19), Evening Grosbeak (1), Cave
Swallow (15), Northern Rough-winged Swallow (1), Barn Swallow (4), American
Pipit (410), Rusty Blackbird (12), Horned Lark (1), Lesser Black-backed
Gull (1), 

Predictions:
Cool, partly sunny, winds NE ~10mph
