Observation start time: 05:30:00
Observation end time: 16:00:00
Total observation time: 9.5 hours

Official Counter: Tom Reed

Observers:

Weather:
Raw, cool and overcast, with light/moderate rain through much of the
morning. Winds generally out of the N throughout @ 10-15mph, shifting to
NNE/NE late.

Raptor Observations:
A nice lift off of OSPR pre-dawn, along with a few PEFA. Any appreciable
flight was cut down by the persistent morning-long rain. There was a brief
burst in the afternoon immediately following the rain, and then quiet again
for the remainder of the day.

Non-raptor Observations:
Pine Siskin (400+), Great Blue Heron (92), Chimney Swift (150+),
Double-crested Cormorant (2000+), Black Scoter (100+), Parasitic Jaeger
(4), Clay-colored Sparrow (1), Lincoln's Sparrow (1), Nashville Warbler (1)

Predictions:
Cool with a light NW wind and increasing clouds through the day. Should be
A-OK.
