Weather:
Mostly cloudy with rain/sprinkles/mist/fog/low visibility starting at
0800EST.  Southeast winds from 5-10mph.

Raptor Observations:
Accipiters moving in the am, but flight stopped with rain and low clouds. 
A handful of falcons passed by low in the afternoon.

Non-raptor Observations:
Great Cormorant(1). Lots of activity on the pond including Eurasian
Widgeon(3), American Widgeon, Northern Pintail, Northern Shoveler,
Green-winged Teal, Gadwall, Ring-necked Duck, Ruddy Duck, American Coot,
Pied-billed Grebe, Common Gallinule.

Predictions:
Partly sunny, southeast winds 10-20mph. High of 73F.
