Weather:
Seasonably cool with increasing clouds. Winds NE->E; 5-10mph during the AM, 10-15mph during the PM.
Raptor Observations:
A few birds up early, but any movement eliminated by the low overcast that settled in during the midday hours. RLHA at 0735 was the first bird of the day. Last bird of the season was a NOHA at 1443.
Non-raptor Observations:
Sandhill Crane (6), Orange-crowned Warbler (1), Snow Bunting (50)
