Observers:        

Weather:
A gorgeous late fall day with pleasant temperatures light NW winds and
crystal clear skies.

Raptor Observations:
A solid day for this late in the season.  Harriers, Red-tails, and
Red-shoulders all had good days.

Non-raptor Observations:
Cave Swallows continued in large numbers and several hundred Purple Finches
highlighted a small movement of passerines in the early morning.

Predictions:
Strong winds out of the east are predicted for tomorrow. It should be
dismal.
