Cool and partly cloudy. Winds W/NW 5-10mph throughout; visibility
excellent. 

Raptor Observations:
A morning-heavy flight that lasted as long as the sun would allow. Soaring
NOGO around 1040 was a highlight.

Non-raptor Observations:
Tundra Swan (5), Eurasian Wigeon (2), Redhead (1), American Pipit (210),
American Goldfinch (6,135)

Predictions:
