Observers:        

Weather:
Very windy with steady North winds 15-20mph and gusts reaching 30mph.  100%
low cloud coverage all day with intermittent showers mid-day.  Colder with
a high of 46F.

Raptor Observations:
Not much moving. Harriers, ospreys, and sharpies in the morning and a few
falcons in the afternoon.

Non-raptor Observations:
Good waterfowl variety on the pond still including Eurasian Widgeon,
Ring-necked Duck, Pied-bill Grebe, and Redhead.  Very close Northern Gannet
flight all day and thousands of Tree Swallows.

Predictions:
Partly cloudy becoming sunnier with strong NW winds from 25-35mph and gusts
up to 40mph.  Temps should reach a high of 50F.
