Seasonably mild; winds 5-10mph NW->W->SW; cloud cover gradually increasing
through the day; visibility excellent.

Raptor Observations:
A strong flight early, tapering and becoming more distant to the N as the
day progressed. 

Non-raptor Observations:
Eurasian Wigeon (3), Pectoral Sandpiper (5), Stilt Sandpiper (4), Pine
Siskin (4), Purple Finch (12)

Predictions:
Cloudy with PM showers possible. High 65ºF, winds calm->NE 5-10mph.
