Weather:
Very clear skies with strong winds from the S, and slightly SW, all day; a
steady 20 mph with gusts up to 29.  High temperature of 70F. 

Raptor Observations:
Ospreys in the skies all day, but otherwise a fairly distant accipiter
flight in the morning and then a very slow afternoon.

Non-raptor Observations:
Eurasian Widgeon(2), American Coot(1), Pied-billed Grebe(1), Northern
Shovelers, Gadwalls, Blue and green-winged Teal, Northern Pintails, Little
Blue Heron(1).  Blue jay flocks(100+)

Predictions:
Partly sunny, temps in the mid-70's, winds SSW 15-20mph.
