Observers:        

Weather:
Winds starting from the S switching to the SW early morning and then
finally NW for the afternoon (10-15mph).  Scattered rain showers the first
two hours then clearing and skies remaining mostly cloudy for the day.

Raptor Observations:
Slow in the morning then a nice flight as the clouds broke up and the sun
came out.  Lots of ospreys and a good merlin show for most of the
afternoon.

Non-raptor Observations:
Pied-billed Grebe(1), American Widgeon(13), Caspian Tern(2), Little Blue
Heron(1).

Predictions:
Strong northwest winds overnight, then much cooler temperatures tomorrow
(high of 61F) and winds west 10-15mph.
